Bijitha “Gigi” Varghese has been admitted to the practice of law in New York and New Jersey since 2012. Gigi has devoted nearly all of her legal career to family and matrimonial law. Gigi has experience litigating all aspects of family and matrimonial matters, including child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, equitable distribution, separation agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and post-judgment modification and enforcement proceedings.

Gigi is equally experienced in settlement negotiations outside of litigation and seeks to assist clients in finding peaceful resolutions whenever possible. Gigi recognizes the heavy emotional toll that matrimonial and family law matters can take and seeks to be a source of support as well as a strong legal advocate. Gigi believes that every client’s case is unique and requires a personalized plan specifically tailored to meet the wants and needs of each client.
